Estee Lauder Lucidity Translucent Loose Powder Review

I wanted to find a powder that would set my makeup without an overly matte, powdery finish and so after googling and reading tons of reviews, I ended up purchasing the Estee Lauder Lucidity Translucent Loose Powder in the colour "Transparent".

Product Description: This loose powder gives skin a luminous finish that minimizes the look of lines and wrinkles.

I'm not sure about minimizing the look of lines and wrinkles since (thankfully) I haven't got a lot of those yet, but it does set my makeup without looking overly matte. It is finely milled and has a powdery floral scent, which I don't mind at all. The only problem I have with this powder is that the packaging is absolutely horrible. It is extremely difficult to get product out because the holes are so small. I deal with this by removing the puff, put the lid back on and turning the product upside down. I hit the back of the case a few times, remove case from the lid and then use a big fluffy brush to pick up the powder off of the lid. What work!

Overall, I do like the product but I probably won't repurchase. Loose powder is a bit too messy for me to deal with. Grrr!
